In Granny 4, you find yourself trapped in a cursed mansion where every step could be a death sentence. Not only do you face one pursuer, but you must survive five days and find an escape before darkness engulfs you.

How to Play Granny 4

The game retains the familiar survival formula but expands significantly. You have five days to escape the multi-story house with its countless locked rooms, hidden objects, and deadly traps. What sets this installment apart is the expanded enemy system: Granny and Grandpa are no longer hunting alone. Slendrina and Nosferatu appear simultaneously, patrolling the corridors with unpredictable trajectories, making every escape route narrower than ever.

All sounds have consequences. A falling object, a slamming door or a creaking floorboard can bring enemies to your location in an instant. The puzzles are also more complex, forcing you to explore wells, basements, and secret tunnels to find important items.

A notable new feature is that you can unlock a playable villain. Instead of running away, you'll play as the hunter. The character upgrade system also allows you to unlock skills that help solve puzzles faster.
